Are you:
Working with, or from, an underserved community?
Currently in a leadership position and looking to enhance your skills?
Thinking about moving into leadership but not quite sure if it’s for you?
Wanting to participate in an evidence-based, engaging and transforming leadership development program that rates as career changing on formal evaluations?
Our three-day program includes self-paced e-modules (1-day equivalent) to be completed prior to program delivery, and two full interactive days.
To celebrate IWD 2025, the NHMRC and partner funded Advancing Women in Healthcare Leadership initiative and MCHRI are offering 5 women who are working with, or from, an underserved community the opportunity to attend the Monash University Women in Leadership Program at the significantly reduced rate of $500 (usual cost $1749).
This program is offered multiple times throughout 2025, with online and in-person options. It includes self-paced e-modules to be completed prior to program delivery, and two full interactive days. See here for a list of 2025 dates. Please note this scholarship is not available for the Prato programs in July 2025.

If you wish to be considered for an exemption on financial grounds, you will be asked to provide a justification in your application.
Tell us in 150 words or less why you would like to attend the Women in Leadership Program and what this scholarship opportunity would mean to you
