Organisational change
Individual organisations play a key role in fostering an inclusive, and equitable workplace culture, that supports the career advancement of women. Working alongside our partners we are mapping, co-designing and evaluating organisational approaches to gender equity. Anticipated outcomes include healthcare specific tools, benchmarks and resources that facilitate the organisational change required to achieve gender equity in healthcare leadership.
